Pre-made lentivirus express RFP fluorescent reporter under a native human Myoglobin promoter for expressing in Muscle cells (cardiac and skeletal myocytes), multinucleated myotubes.
This lentivirus also contain another fluorescent reporter, GFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
