PurifiedCREenzymecanjointindividualplasmidscontainingloxsites.
LuciferaeandNLS-CRE areconstitutivelyexpressedinhighlevel,andoptionally,alsocanbeusedastetracyclineinducIBLeexpression asdesired.LuciferaseandRFPprovide theconvenient,realtimemonitoring signals.
