BothlucifeaseandCREarehighlyactive,bestforbothenzymes'assaysInvivoorInvitro.CREprotein,frombacteriophageP1,catalyzesrecombinationbetween34basepairtargetsequences, namedloxsites.CRElentiviralparticles can catalyze thejointingeventInVivo inthepresenceof loxsites.This nuclearpermeant CRE(NLS-CRE) increasestherecombinationeventsinvivo. PurifiedCREenzymecanjointindividualplasmidscontainingloxsites.

LuciferaeandNLS-CRE areconstitutivelyexpressedinhighlevel,andoptionally,alsocanbeusedastetracyclineinducIBLeexpression asdesired.Luciferasesignalprovidesaconvenient,realtimemonitoringthe particlesperformance.   

ThisparticlesisconcentratedandbufferchangedintoPBSsolution,bestsuitableforhard-to-transducedcelllines,orserum-sensitivecelllinesandinvivoapplication.
