Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation, and also as tetracycline inducible expression when desired). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
