Pre-made optional inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target: HIF1A (alternative name: HIF1; MOP1; PASD8; HIF-1A; bHLHe78; HIF-1alpha; HIF1-ALPHA). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001530.3. Particles also contains a RFP-Blasticidin dual selection marker.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation required). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. Particles were packaged in serum-free solution containing no any human or animal origin components. See product manual for details (.pdf).
