Pre-made optional inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target: ERBB2 (alternative name: NEU; NGL; HER2; TKR1; CD340; HER-2; MLN 19; HER-2/neu). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004448.3.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation required). A GFP-Puromycin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via GFP signal or via Puromycin antibiotic (Dual markers). Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. Particles were packaged in DMEM medium contain 10% FBS and 10 x Polybrene. See Product manual for details (.pdf).
