Pre-made optional inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target: h CCR6 inducible lentiviral particles (alternative name: BN-1, C-C CKR-6, CC-CKR-6, CCR-6, CD196, CKR-L3, CKRL3, CMKBR6, DCR2, DRY6, GPR29, GPRCY4, STRL22). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004367.5. Particles also contains a RFP-Blasticidin dual selection marker.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can be used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation, also as tetracycline inducible expression when desired. see product manual for details). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. Particles were packaged in serum-free solution containing no any human or animal origin components. See product manual for details (.pdf).
